Squeeze50 and Elimor Solutions Pty Ltd offer delivery on all products to certain areas.

As we are based in Metropolitan Melbourne, we offer a delivery service on our products to Melbourne delivery addresses.  Lead-time on the free delivery service could be up to 10 days from order and this will be confirmed when orders are placed.  A no obligation quotation can be made for urgent requirements or non-Melbourne addresses.

A quotation will be provided directly for deliveries outside of these areas and the order will not be completed until this has been agreed between Elimor Solutions Pty Ltd and the customer.

If there are any concerns relating to delivery charges these must be addressed by emailing the order reference number (provided automatically at stage of placing the order), your name and details of the query to sales@elimor.com.au.

Elimor Solutions Pty Ltd use our own vehicles or only reputable carriers such as StarTrakExpress for our deliveries.

The delivery address detailed on an order will be used by Elimor Solutions Pty Ltd and any additional charges for re-delivery due to nobody present or return fees and charges will be re-charged to the customer.

It is important that all goods received are signed for in good condition.  If there are any issues regarding the packaging or quality of the goods when received then this should be noted to the carrier officially.  Elimor Solutions Pty Ltd cannot except liability for damaged goods that are received and signed for as "good condition" by the recepient.
